Here is Trapper Arne's web site about crayfish, the low carb, Omega 3 rich, organically grown protein food. I'll introduce you to a fascinating hobby, the hobby of catching, cooking and eating crayfish. I will also cover the biological topic of crayfish as well as some historical. But most of my web site will show how to catch this free, interesting and nutritious source of food that is abundant in so many of our states in the US.

Classical music, ham radio (N7ACP) and organic vegetable gardening. But I would lead you astray if I did not emphasize the noble crayfish. Yes, in Europe, the crayfish is sometimes referred to as THE NOBLE CRAYFISH
Why noble, I really don't know. Why not Royal? The Swedish Wasa family, on the throne in the 16-hundreds, was interested enough in crayfish to import them from Germany to transplant them into the moats of some of their castles. Maybe that makes them noble...
